Where a product is specifically advertised with a 2 Years Warranty, that warranty applies only to eligible products covered by that offer.

Warranty coverage may not apply to damage caused by circumstances such as misuse, physical damage, unauthorized modification or repair, improper installation, accidents, electrical/environmental damage, or other exclusions applicable to the relevant product, subject to applicable Saudi law.

Purchasing a product from the website does not automatically mean installation is included, unless installation is specifically stated as part of the applicable product, quotation, package, or service.
